I’m using the Zoom Room Controller SDK (C++) to control a Zoom Room, but I’m facing a couple of issues:After pairing successfully, the room sometimes gets unpaired automatically without any callback. I only realize this when I call a function and it returns result code 11 (which means not paired). To fix this, I call RetryToPairRoom(). Sometimes the pairing works, but other times it returns error code 100000401. In this error state, if I operate the Zoom Room using the native controller, I receive all the callbacks properly. However, when I try to perform any operation through the SDK, it still returns result code 11 (not paired).So my main problems are:Why does the pairing break automatically without any callback, if something like logs file or other are required from my side please let me know? Why does re-pairing without an activation token sometimes return 100000401, and even after that, why do operations still fail with result code 11 despite receiving callbacks?
Hello, everybody!I am running a latest Zoom version on Intel-based Apple Mac Mini 2018, on macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 (24G419).When I try to share screen with audio (share audio checkbox is active) from my computer, the Zoom Audio Device driver installation DOES NOT pop up, how it used to on other systems. I tried to uninstall / reinstall Zoom several times, I also tried older versions and it just does not work.Does anybody know how to (manually) trigger the installation of Zoom Audio Device driver? Please help!
Good morning everyone, I have a problem with zoom audio sharing.The Zoomaudio Device driver does not appear on my Macbook pro Intel version.I have upgraded to sequoia 15.2I should share audio from pro tools, but when I click on mac midi configuration to create a bridge, zoom audio device does not appear.thanks for the advice
Hello,I want to order Zoom Workplace Pro, but I'm having trouble clicking the "Order Now" button.I filled out the Address Information form, then entered my Credit or Debit Card, and then clicked the "Order Now" button. I get this warning:Error! The system cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later or use a different payment method. If the problem persists, please contact your bank or try a different payment method.I've tried using three different credit cards, but the same warning still appears.Any suggestions?

For the past 3 weeks, we have gotten an emails "A meeting in your account has been running for 8 hour(s)". This meeting is started in the early morning (like 1 AM) and is started using the account for one of our Zoom Rooms. The zoom room does have the whole logitech device hooked up to it. There is no one in the office at that time to start a meeting. The meeting does not show up in any of the logs. Hi everyone! Thx for taking the time to help.So the thing is a few days ago I tried to use Zoom again after a few years, to give an online music lesson to a student of mine. After updating it to the lastest versión available, I connected my external soundcard (M Audio Air 192 - 4) and correctly adjusted zoom´s audio setup to work with it, selecting my device as both the audio input and output. After that, I tried the usual tests in Zoom setup, and everything seemed to be working just fine: my voice was going into the software and out through the speakers, so I could hear myself clearly.Then, I proceded to Host a Meeting, but noticed a warning saying my Audio wasn´t connected. I tried everything, from rechecking the audio setup from Zoom´s config, to reinstalling it and changing every config on my Windows audio setup, but everything seems to be working normally except Zoom. I even tried Google Meet and encountered no problem with the audio inputs and outputs. It ocurred to me then that
My login report shows different times than the ones scheduled for the meetings. What's the reason?
We've recorded 4 previous meetings with Zoom and used the recordings for a video blog. On our 5th interview, I've noticed weird bit-mapping appearing randomly throughout the video. Chunks of area on the video seem to have a moiré effect and/or pixelating going on. Sometimes on the eyelids of participants, around their faces and in the background.It was not noticed during the filming of the meeting, but appears in the playback of the video.What is causing this effect? I'd like to avoid it in the future.Can the existing video be corrected without re-recoding it?Thanks in advance.
3 months ago we had a conference on January 17th, we had a paid subscription then, we recorded the conference on the cloud, the subscription ended in a month, today we wanted to watch the recording, but there was nothing there, we paid for the subscription today, but there was still nothing there
I am with an academic institution that offers an Enterprise version of Zoom, which I access through Google Chrome on a Mac. My default settings are to record every meeting in the cloud. However, I noticed today that all my meetings are "disappearing" and I cannot find a "trash" icon on the web-based view to recover. Has something changed recently? Can someone help me find my "lost" recordings?
Hi,I am a tech host for an anonymous 12-Step group (AA). We are frequently affected by Zoom Bombers. I know about the option to report them to zoom, but there are rumours that when doing so, a screenshot of the entire meeting will automatically be taken and sent to zoom. Trying to join a zoom meeting. A screen pops up and says “update downloaded.” after that it says “ ✔ The installer is ready. If installation didn’t start, you can run it again below.” nothing downloads so i click on the “run the installer” button provided, but nothing happens. The button doesn’t do anything and nothing downloads.i download the new version from the website, but still can’t join the meeting. help me please :)
Zoom has started enlarging or zooming in the video and appears to randomly move about. Dual streamed, for a while now, via VMIX to a different output where things look completely different. The same video feed is supplying both outputs and have for the longest time been exactly the same. Now Zoom looks horrible, very close up and the motion seems weird and random. It almost looks like an AI is trying to focus on some preferred point. This is new, and I don’t know what is causing it.

Hi everyone,We’ve been using Zoom ZVA’s built-in transfer_to_live_agent tool to route customers into our ZCC flow. Overall it works well (around 90–95% success rate), but we’re running into an unavoidable issue where the transfer fails because the required variables aren’t being set by the agent properly before execution. These variables are critical on our end since they determine which queue the customer gets routed to.Has anyone else experienced something similar with variable handling during transfer? I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1 running Zoom 5.17.2My USB Mixer (Zoom L-8) is connected to my Mac (Mac Studio M1 Ultra) and works great until I open Zoom.Once I open Zoom my USB Mixer will disconnect and will disappear from my list of sound devices when I try to activate it.Zoom has permissions to my microphone and camera in the security and privacy settings. It'll work, but just not with my mixer.
Hi! I recorded my meeting but I can’t find the recording on my mac nor the (where it should be) although I also checked the cloud and it’s not there. My “double_click_to_convert” file is also not there. The zoom workplace version is : 6.7.7 (76486) Help! Thank you!
I’ve seen a few posts about this issue.-Tried and checked settings for all Zoom troubleshooting steps, nope all in order. -Re-installed latest app. Also re-started several times after. Re-re-installed and re-started. Dead mike continues! No recommended fixes working so far. Can anyone else help with other Apple mobile fix experiences?! Hugely impacting on my work!
You might have seen the announcement recently that Zoom launched their connector for Claude. I took it for a test drive to see how it could make me more effective.Looking forward to seeing where this Claude connector will evolve within the Zoom ecosystem.
if you create a Shared Space and choose one of the default channels you have created (where every member of the organization is in the default channel) to add the members, does the Shared Space get updated each time a new employee is added to the default channel?
