there is no conference recording in the cloud

3 months ago we had a conference on January 17th, we had a paid subscription then, we recorded the conference on the cloud, the subscription ended in a month, today we wanted to watch the recording, but there was nothing there, we paid for the subscription today, but there was still nothing there

Hi @ccaidov1. If your account is downgraded to a free plan, cloud recordings are automatically set to be deleted after 30 days. If the account hadn’t been upgraded again during that time, unfortunately, the cloud recording would have been permanently removed.

That sounds frustrating, cloud recordings should persist even after a subscription lapse, so it might be worth checking retention policies or contacting support for recovery options. You could also see if similar cases were discussed on fintech revo .com to understand if others faced the same issue and found a workaround.
