Hello:I am a user of a Zoom Pro account and have noticed an issue with previous meetings. When a meeting moves to the "Previous Meetings" section, it is still possible to start it using the original link. This can cause conflicts with new and ongoing meetings, as they may overlap. I would like to request a feature that automatically disables meetings that move to the "Previous Meetings" section, so they cannot be started again by me or other users who have the link. This would help avoid conflicts and improve meeting management. If anyone has found a solution or has any ideas, please share them!Best regards,

Looked all over, all answers I see show how to share a portion of 1 screen. If you have 2 monitors and you want to share a portion of BOTH of them how can you do this? I tried pulling thescreen portion selector across both screens but from the view perspective they only see one screen. Can anyone help with this? Thank you

On https://zoom.us/download?os=linux the download page states the following: For releases after Nov 01, 2022 the Linux GPG signature thumbprint will change from "Key fingerprint: 59C8 6188 E22A BB19 BD55 4047 7B04 A1B8 DD79 B481" to "Key fingerprint: AE44 6BAB 33EA 9862 AA29 FC3D DDE0 E622 2047 091F". Please make the necessary changes to validate your downloaded zoom files to avoid false negatives. This is odd because actually the DD79 B481 key was the *new* key after 11/1/22, and that is still the signing key available for download on the page. Why is this message saying there is actually a different key ending in 2047 091F that should be used?

When I try to join meetings that last 2 hours, the desktop app works just fine.If I try joining a meeting that lasts 4 hours, the app crashes once. Then it automatically retries and crashes again, then gives up. I noticed the error log is always the same though, I'll leave it at the end of the post.It seems the app tries to run on my Intel integrated graphics, which has up-to-date drivers (and didn't work with older drivers either), despite me trying to make it run on my NVIDIA RTX 3050 for laptops in several ways - via the NVIDIA control panel and through Windows as well.If I deactivate my Intel integrated graphic card and force the whole system to use the NVIDIA GPU, the error doesn't occur, but of course I don't want to completely turn off my integrated graphics card just for using Zoom. My 2nd monitor actually depends on the integrated graphics cards so I can't use it if it's off.I tried a clean installation of Zoom 6.3.10 and also tried the immediately older version from November

Zoom Rooms supports on-click direct sharing from a via an ultrasonic signal that is generated by the Zoom Room controller and detected by the Zoom Desktop Client on the participant's laptop. Does anyone know which Zoom Room controllers do or do not support this feature? Logitech Tap (direct-connect and/or Tap IP), Neat, iPad, etc? Thanks!

We are trying to use Zoom via ProPresenter.  The instructions was to set up a windows pc and bring up zoom.  After bringing up zoom change the audio and video to NDI.  Changing it to a NDI setting helps us communicate to the other PC with ProPresenter.  When I change it from webcam to NDI I can't see myself.  I can only see the name of the computer.  What do I need to do in Zoom settings for video to see the speaker after I join into a zoom meeting using NDI?

Help! I have had dozens of videos I have cloud recorded to my account and now I can't find them anywhere. Previously I have had a paid account and switched to unpaid version. Have my videos dissapeared due to that? If that is the case, can I switch to paid version and recover my videos?  

I'm at a loss.  I have an on-demand webinar that requires registration to view, but DOES NOT require a webinar passcode.  Here are my settings:  However, users who are registering for the webinar are being asked for a passcode after completing their registration.  This is the screen that pops up after registration (note, registrants are also not receiving a passcode via email post registration either):    We want users to view the webinar after registering.  Can anyone help?

I want to change my display name that will appear on receiver's device. For example, If my name is John Doe my designation is HR and when I call, the display name on the receiver's device should be "Company HR". Is it possible and how to do it?Thank you!!

Hellol! What happens if I am on a laptop/PC logged into my Zoom (business level) account, and I log in with the same account on another laptop/PC? Per Zoom, "You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device."  In reality…what happens if "you are logged out automatically?" Assume we have used Zoom registration. If I am the host of a meeting in Meetings and I log in on a laptop in with the same account, does the meeting END, or do I as host just get kicked out and meeting continues with the co-hosts? The same with Webinar - what happens? If I am hosting a Webinar, will the Webinar abruptly since I will be "logged out automatically" - or will the Webinar continue even though I am disconnected? Thank you in advance for your knowledge! @Ray_Harwood and other knowle

The suggestions haven't worked. The issue is simple.   Is there any human there who is willing to help me? With ACTUAL customer service?   It's not that big an issue. It shouldn't require this much effort to get it solved.   Thanks.

My understanding is that the maximum number of breakout rooms is 100. I am running a workshop for 1000 people and would like them to be able to get into pairs in breakout rooms. Is that a feature that I could request or pay for as a one-off? 

I host meetings each week. In the last week, I have noticed that if someone has their screen off, there is no longer a black tile with their name showing. I can only tell if someone has joined my meeting when I look at the bottom toggle bar. Is there a way to ensure that the boxes for participants are visible to myself as the presenter EVEN if they have their screen off?Thank you

When Zooming my last student.  Each time I shared screen (A verbal message came on, something like "The host R Louchart has shared his screen"...this has never happened before, neither my client or I could figure out what had made that happen.PLEASE HELP ...lol

Hi, I am not finding a recording of an extremely important meeting. I was on the pro plan then, then I switched to basic. Even though I returned to the Zoom Pro paid version, I can not find it. Please help!

I can't seem to find my local recording. It does not appear on my local recordings. I did not had my desktop app logged in when the meeting happened. I know It was recorded because I saw a sing after the meeting that said "converting file" and now I have no idea where it is.

Is it possible to view 49 participants on screen using the linux desktop client?  seems windows and apple clients have this but can not set same using the linux client. am I missing the setting? or some other issue, pls advise, tks

I have been using Zoom with no problem for a few years. Now, during the past two months, other call participants are telling me that the level of my voice sometimes decreases so low that they cannot hear me and overall can barely understand what I'm talking. They keep telling me to get closer to the laptop, but this doesn't really change anything. I have tried to work with the audio settings and reinstalled the app, but to no resolve. I don't have this issue with any other app (WhatsApp video, Google Meet, Skype). Do you have any clue what might be happening and how I can solve the issue? This is extremely frustrating and distressful and using another app is not always an option.

Hello Team, How to Delete a Image that Exposes Image of an Individual Person Send by an Other Person.  I am the Channel Owner. Removing the Person didn't delete the image. its a highly-sensitive data send by someone. so, i would like to delete the image anyhow necessary, in order to protect privacy of an individual,Thank you.

Individual affected has correct licensing (Person A). Was texting the phone number in question (person B) throughout the day, then suddenly messages stopped going through.  When Person A messages other numbers, they work. When other users in our org text Person B, it works. It's only SMS messaging between (to/from) Persons A & B that are not working. This happened suddenly and with no change in the system, licensing, etc.  Person B checked to make sure they didn't block A's number & vice versa - they haven't. Has anyone dealt with this?

We're using Zoom via an integration to a different event platform which manages our registration and sends personal join links. However, Zoom always sends a "join meeting" email 5 minutes prior to the meeting taking place. But our event platform is already taking care of the join meeting emails - I can't seem to find anywhere where I can disable these automated "Join meeting" emails.

We're running a React application with the `@zoom/meetingsdk` to embed a video meeting in our UI. We recently bumped our version up to v3.8.0 to be compliant with the latest enforcement of updates and found that users were unable to view video from other users (unable to view the gallery view as well). We tried bumping to the latest available version (v3.11.2) and this did not fix the issue. For now, we've bumped down to v3.5.1 and that seems to have fixed the issue (notably, it changed the UI that iPhone users see). This is a critical bug blocking our ability to upgrade our dependency to be compliant with the May 3rd enforcement.
