When connect my Samsung S10e phone to my TV using a USB-C to HDMI cable, the sound normally comes thru the TV.  This works for apps like Disney+, YouTube, and any other app I've tried except for Zoom.     What do I need to do to make my Zoom audio work thru the TV using an HDMI connection? thanks,Tom 

Hi, my microphone volume is suddenly too low. I have a macbook pro. It's hard for all my client's to hear me. In audio settings the microphone volume is on max. However, when I test my microphone in audio settings my voice volume is much too faint.I tested the microphone on my computer itself, it is fine. I have done the most recent update.Please help! I have a problem with Zoom meetings desktop app.1)When I try to join a meeting, it loads, and a window appears asking if I want to connect the audio as always. Then I click connect using my computer audio. It just exits the whole thing by itself;2)When I open Zoom settings, there are menus, like Video, Audio, General Settings and so on. All the other menus work but when I click on audio, the settings closes automatically;3)I can join meetings through browser but it's uncomfortable;4)I have tried updating and uninstalling and reinstalling.

Cloud Recording is ON.Create Audio Transcript is CHECKED.I recorded a meeting to the cloud.The recording is in my list, but there is no transcript listed.

I can't install the latest linux client (5.16.6.382) on Ubuntu 23.04.  The install seems to work until ending with this error:   N: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file '/home/jima/ptmp/downloads/zoom_amd64.deb' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)    I tried installing using "sudo dpkg -i zoom_amd64.deb' and it seemed to succeed but the zoom client silently exits (with zero status) immediately without displaying anything.   Does anyone know what to do?     $ sudo apt install /home/jima/ptmp/downloads/zoom_amd64.deb Reading package lists... I have never done this kind of thing before however, I'm kind of desperate. I am a Zoom client who uses Zoom for personal family/friend Zoom meetings as well as setting up meetings for some community groups of which I am a member. Since installing Windows 11, I am unable to connect my Zoom account to my Outlook Calendar and Contacts. I use MS Office 365 and it is a personal account. If I try to connect the Calendar when I open the Zoom app (on my pc laptop) I am instructed to log into my Office account. The problem is, as I wrote above,  I have a personal account with Microsoft Office 365 not an educational or business account. From what I've been reading through my online searches for a solution, this is a problem for many and seems to stem from Microsoft and not Zoom. However, I would think that Zoom would want this problem solved for your clients such as myself. We recently held a webinar event in which I wanted to share the On Demand link afterwards so people could watch it.  Tested it on my end and it all worked every time.  Let me know if you had the same experience or not.  1. People that registered before event and used the Join Now link from their invite email were asked for a passcode.  Through testing I found that the meeting passcode and the recording password were not the same.  So I tried to make them the same, but the Share passcode had restrictions on it so that it could never be the same as the meeting passcode.  So I had to send out the Share passcode to everyone.  Some still couldn't get it to work until they logged into their Zoom account, some got it to work without logging into their Zoom account and some never got asked for a passcode at all.  Used the original registration link from the webinar invite.  2. Is there a way to see all zoom attendees on a recording even if they have their camera's off?

i'm attempting to automate user management in zoom from google workspace.  i'm wondering if it's possible to use the ad sync tool with google secure ldap.   i am able to set up a connection to my ldap directory, but it looks like the queries the tool uses to enumerate the directory are not compatible with google.  is there any way to update the queries?   or is there another tool i should investigate.  i feel like zoom should have a better way to sync users with an external directory.   not everyone uses azure!

We have multiple holiday patterns, and we can't use the site's default settings, so we set up holiday lists one by one for users and shared line groups.It would be helpful if a template could be created and applied.

There is not a lot of documentation about the actual behavior of the 3 settings under Zoom webinar settings in the native salesforce app:Create Campaign for each Webinar: this is fine I guess, but how are fields mapped?Add registrants as Campaign Members: what is the field mapping? It is smart enough to reference a Lead or Contact as the campaign member?Create new Lead : if the registrant is an existing contact in the org? what if there is a duplicate?I need to understand the behavior more before I can fully test the integration and decide if its usable for our use case what if I only want webinar features? the full installation takes up 6 custom fields on the Activity object which is a lot for most orgs since 100 is the limit 

Is there any documentation for this?There are so many more settings now, why can't they have links to documentation?

Is anyone else seeing a 5026 error when adding or modifying a Zoom meeting in Outlook calendar?  Zoom is saying it's an iOS bug and that 100 requests per hour is what may be causing it.  Using the Zoom Outlook plugin to create a Zoom meeting, add recipient and hit send the error pops up befor it is able to send.  Doesn't go anywhere from that point.  Anyone else seeing this?  Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.Thank you To add:Outlook plugin 5.10.3iOS version for most is 6.2.11

Under Admin - Account Management - Account Settings - Meeting I only see an option to turn on "manual captions." How do I enable automatic captions for the tenant?

I had a Zoom piano recital for my students today which was the worst remote recital I have ever had; personally I'd like my money back for becoming a Zoom Pro member.  Even after guiding my students' parents to enable Original Sound, keyboards were not audible, some were sporadically audible and most had the worst sound possible.  Never again!   

My company has now started to use zoom workplace as its main system for receiving outside calls and moving calls around our offices to other staff. One issue we have though is the volume can be troublesome when there is so many steps to simply transferring a call. I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to use the keyboard shortcut for transferring a call in combination with any possible settings to simply defaulting it to just blind transfer it to the designated number when the shortcuts used rather then bringing up the three transfer types. 

I want to hold a webinar where I can turn chat on and off for panelists like you can for attendees but I'm not seeing that as an option.  Is that correct?

We have some Administrative professionals that maintain email/calendars for various executives.  and in the last few weeks, they have been noticing odd outlook calendar issues with zoom meetings - If they cancel a zoom meeting from one of the executives calendar, the Admins outlook crashes, and when they reopen outlook , they get a message indicating that 'outlook has disabled the zoom plugin. - We've verified they are on the current zoom outlook plugin- So far this is happening to about 5 of our Admin. professionals.   any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi, In a meeting this morning I shared my screen as host and then assigned slide control to 3 co-hosts.  Later during the meeting we were joined by another co-host but I was not able to assign slide control to him.  His name did not even appear as an option.  Any tips on how to make this work or why it didn't work ?  Bit of a novice with this functionality :-).thanks

Hi, I tried to Integrate Zoom with Pardot, Integration was successful but it is not working for Custom Questions. Required support on below points, Prospect first name, last name, email error ex: tester apiCustom Questions Data not syncing to Pardot (I have created Custom field in Pardot and followed all the steps in documentation mentioned (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068276)Im unable to contact Zoom Support directly, could you please help resolving this issue.  Thanks 

Hallo, bin total verzweifelt. Habe erstmals Zoom benutzt und vor und nach dem Meeting lief eine bestimmte Meditationsmusik,danach habe ich am 10.02 nochmal ein Gespräch geführt im Zusammenhang mit diesem Meeting, wo auch diese Musik eingespielt wurde. Und seitdem fängt in gewisssen Abständen ständig wieder diese Musik in gewissen Abständen an.Hab schon alles mögliche probiert, Systemwiederherstellung, Deinstallieren von Zoom, vom Browser.Allemögliche Einstellungen in Zoom durchforstet und Systemsteuerung (Win 10).Kann mir da bitte jemand helfen?Ein Fehler von mir kann gewesen sein Zoom einfach wie üblich oben rechts mit X im Browser zu schließen ohne abmelden.Inzwischen müsste ich eigentlich aber abgemeldet sein.Versuchte Support zu kontaktieren, klappt anscheinend aber nicht.
