This is more of a feature request or conversation, but I welcome other thoughts about this. Non-focused layers currently change opacity so they’re barely legible and not usable for a workshop. I understand your rationale for wanting to make them more opaque, so perhaps an opacity toggle would address both needs.Workaround: Without this ability, I have to lock every object I don’t want people to edit. This is doable but tedious, especially if I want to edit those items myself.

Hello, We have an integration with Zoom that uses Server-to-Server OAuth for communicating with Zoom. When we make an api call to create the webinar, it is successful. But when we try to update the same webinar, Zoom returns the following error : {    "code": 4711,    "message": "Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[webinar:update:webinar, webinar:update:webinar:admin]."} The authorization token created has the following scopes: "scope": "meeting:write:meeting:admin meeting:read:meeting:admin meeting:write:registrant:admin meeting:write:batch_registrants:admin webinar:write:webinar:admin webinar:read:webinar:admin webinar:write:registrant:admin" When we asked the client to add the webinar:update scope, we were told that option no longer exists in zoom. Could you please help resolve this issue? Thanks! 

With all Zoom’s brainpower, wouldn’t it be simple to create a hotkey(s) to hide the controls at bottom of screen until they are needed? Currently this is not possible, and every time a meeting participant sends a chat, the controls pop up on every participant’s screen, host included. This is a real problem when the host or cohost has to use a third party recording program like Litecam, Windows Game Bar, etc. to record a meeting due to another HUGE problem that Zoom has - the weird defect that no matter how the host has set their recording parameters within Zoom, Zoom complies with the highest resolution that a participant is using to share a screen! The normal 1920x1080 settings on a host computer, for example, get totally ignored in the Zoom recording when a participant has, for example, a weird 5000x1200 monitor he is using to share a screen, for example. The recording ends up being a narrow slit of letterbox video with shared screens being totally messed up! Fix This! 

Hi, I am trying to set up a meeting for September, however, it is not appearing on my Upcoming Meetings list. When I create one for a nearer date it does show. Is there a glitch? Thanks.

Device cannot enter network

For zoom meetings in my group I will copy and paste the zoom link in our chat for easy access. Recently, when I paste the link a WhatsApp phone number shows in the pasted message even though the WhatsApp number is not in the original message. When I try to edit the number out the number doesn't appear in in the edit box. What can I do to stop the WhatsApp number from appearing. I do have WhatsApp on my phone but I rarely use it and only to read messages, not send

We have a small office where our team frequently books recurring weekly or bi-weekly meetings in our shared meeting rooms. I typically advise them to schedule these through Outlook and select the meeting room as the location, since our Exchange setup doesn’t restrict recurring resource reservations.I’m currently creating a “How to Reserve a Meeting Room” guide and was asked to include steps for booking rooms through Zoom Workspace. As the Zoom admin, I’m trying to determine whether it’s possible to adjust the “reserve workspace in advance” setting in the Zoom admin portal - specifically, can this limit be removed or set to unlimited?Has anyone configured this or found a workaround?Thanks in advance! 

We’ve had a few users that had phones hanging off small 5 port DLINK POE powered pass-through switches. The users Poly Edge E550 phones lines were going red and the phone would reboot or cycle but come back. It would happen intermittently. We figured these low power POE powered passthrough switches were to blame so we remove them and the problem still occurred. We rolled the users phones back to 8.3.1 firmware and we haven’t had any reports. So far only two users phones reported issues but they are two users that probably talk more than others and so they noticed we think. Our of an abundance of caution we rolled all phones back to 8.3.1 and are waiting for a new firmware. Anyone had similar issues with Poly Edge 8.4.1.0068 firmware?

During a videoconference session, can AI Companion answer participants' questions based on the content of the documents that were uploaded when the session was scheduled?

I have a HubSpot form that is meant to register people to a Zoom webinar using the meeting ID. I have three of these forms and three different webinars active. For some of the forms on HubSpot there is no errors with a specific contact registering. However for the same contact on just a different webinar I am getting this error back from HubSpot and the workflow is not completing: "Got User not found error from Zoom API".All the zoom webinar ID’s are correct. The Zoom integration in HubSpot can see all three webinars and can sync to them. The strangest part is that the user with the same email can register for one webinar no problem but the other two return the error.

I am using the zoom mobile app on a Galaxy S22.  When I attempt to share a PowerPoint Point presentation using the share screen single app option but it will open for a second then the app no longer shows and the option to share reappears. 

I selected the "None" option for the virtual background, yet a virtual background is still being applied; Zoom is unable to display my actual surroundings. I have already turned off "I have a green screen". by the way I got a Mac.

Hi,I’ve been running into an issue when I try to share desktop screen both on mac and windows.As you can see below, zoom doesn’t suggest to share any of them, I’am just able to share windows application :   While the following option is unchecked :   Since I couldn't figure it out, I decided to create another free 7days pro account for testing purpose, and guess what ? It works :   After logging in to my other user account, I still have the same problem.So,

We are having issues with trying to record to the cloud. We have turned on the settings to record to the cloud and get the transcript. The steps have been followed when the record button has been pressed but the recording is not showing up after. Is there something else going on we haven't done that could get the recording to show up along with the transcript?

Does anyone have a similar problem, what should I do?😭 Every now and then, when I connect to a conference without a specified start time, I am not visible in the waiting room (and if at that moment I create my own conference, no one is visible in the waiting room). Everything is fine with my device (connecting from another device also does not work), the Internet is great, the application is updated to the latest version (and I also tried deleting it and downloading it again), Windows, BIOS, drivers, etc. are also updated to the latest version. I even created a second account - nothing helps in instantly resolving the situation. The support service does not help me at all, they write monotonous advice and nothing helps!😡

I just created Zoom account today.  Where can I find the Zoom password for my account?  The password I can tell others to use when joining my Zoom meeting.  I don't see it in my Zoom Profile.

I recently got a new laptop (Acer with Windows 11 Home) and when I am in Zoom for guitar lessons, I can hear voice clearly, but the guitar playing is muted/cannot be heard.  Some other participants can hear the guitar, others like me cannot.  I have tried all the recommended settings including setting the audio for musicians, but no success.  My old laptop, also an Acer with Wondows 11 Home, has no trouble hearing both voice & guitar in the same meetings.

I just hosted a large meeting with registration with external participants. 10% of the participants had issues joining. When clicking the link in the registration email, a white screen showed and meeting was not loading. he particpants could not join. what is the reason for this and how can this be resolved? Anyone facing similar issues?

Hello, we need custom questions to be added within the normal registration form in a particular order. At the moment they fall at the bottom of the form which breaks the logical flow of questions.Any chance we can add this feature please? I know custom forms can be built but other vendors like ON24 offers this off the shelf and we are used to it. Thank you!
