I have no calendars integrated. I was told by the (rather useless) chat bot to go to Advanced Settings in Workspaces and turn off the ability for these to be booked. I have no Advanced Settings in the options. I have NOT subscribed to any of these bookers - most I have never heard of. Any thoughts? It makes me nuts!
Why does my phone keep ringing in my headphones after I've answered? No, there's not another call coming in.It also continues to ring (in my headphones) if the caller drops the call before someone answers. Is there a setting to fix that? If so, where?
I had a zoom workplace trial and recorded a meeting. Now that the trial is done, I don't see the recording in my account. Is it retrievable if I sign back up for pro again?
I receive a two-factor code to my Zoom phone SMS for a certain system I access almost daily. The desktop preview notification on Windows via the Workplace app is perfect to see the code and enter it to the system. However, I wish I didn't have to click over to the phone tab, then SMS, then the message thread to clear the red bubble notification. Wondering if there's a way in Zoom or with a third-party integration to still receive the desktop notifications but automatically mark the message as read to avoid having to manually clear the message indicator notification.

Up until recently, Zoom would email alternate hosts when a cloud recording was ready. Now I get them (as I'm the meeting host) but none of the alt hosts do. If so, what are my alternatives?
I have a regular Zoom that I always record to the cloud. Normally, the downloaded videos are 720p, but the most recent one was only 360p. The only difference that I can think of is that I was unable to attend, but that shouldn't matter since it's recorded to the cloud anyway. Very frustrating... Tim King
Hi there! I have been connecting to Zoom my videoconferencing device (LifeSize Team220) many times (since 2020). But last friday I am not being able to connect to it anymore! I have no idea what will happened since then. Could it be that Zoom did an upgrade of their service so my Lifesize equipment has been left out of service...? Does anyone else in this group has experienced something similar? Does anybody can advice me what can I check in my side? I will greatly appreciate any help given in this issue. Thanks! Hello, I’m using a Mac and recently I haven’t been able to log in to the Zoom desktop app. I get error code 1132 every time I try (I’ve tested with different accounts).I’ve already:– Uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom– Checked firewall and security settings– Tried both Apple Silicon and Intel versions– Used Safari to log in via web (it works)But the desktop app still won’t let me log in.Is there a solution for free users to fix this?Thank you!

Hi there, I hope someone can help me with some advice. I have started a free monthly "Gathering Space" on zoom. During the first one, for which I registered participants via Eventbrite, someone sent an abusive message. I was not clear whether it was the person it seemed to be or note, as when I sent a DM reply, an automatic message popped up to say "your message cannot be delivered to XXXX as XXXX is not in the meeting", but I could very clearly see and hear XXXX in the meeting". I have dealt with this and won't dwell anymore but I share it because it means I wanted more security. I set up my next meeting on Zoom, and promoted registration it via linked in events . I activated as much security as I could on Zoom. When it came to people accessing the meeting, a number of people could not get in because I had set it to only allow "registered members" so I had to remove that. We are using the Zoom API endpoint: GET /report/meetings/#{zoom_api_uuid}/participants?include_fields=registrant_id We are trying to retrieve the list of all participants for a specific meeting. However, the response only includes the host's information — other participants who were present in the meeting are not returned by the API, even though their details are visible in the Zoom dashboard for the same meeting. Request:Please help us understand why the participant data is missing from the API response and how we can retrieve the full list of attendees programmatically.
Hello, I'm a 77-year old grandmother trying to open a 2nd free zoom account on my laptop. I chose the new email address I NEED to use, entered it and got to "prove you're a human." I have very poor eyesight so use the "Play" (vocalizes partial sentences then typed into text box. 4 in a row had such terrible audio, it was hopeless to hear. I could hear try #5, I entered what I heard, and hit "verify," then "send email code." It arrived so late it expired. After a few tries, "resend" wouldn't let me try again. I have tried ALL the things that are suggested on this website to fix it and NONE work. I NEED this 2nd account to be opened with the EXACT SAME #2 email address I had chosen, the one that has all these problems. What are my options? MANY thanks!

Hi, I am using Zoom on a M1 Pro Macbook. As a camera I have a Sony A6400 connected to an Elgato 4KX Capture Card. Everything worked fine, until the last zoom update. Since then the camera is squished in zoom and in zoom only. The proportions are totally off and therefore my video pretty much useless in Zoom. Any advice on how to fix this? Best regards, Ben

I have a platform that integrates with a Zoom Business account, and I need help configuring a specific meeting flow. Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: I want to automatically create Zoom meeting links when two users book a session on my platform. These meetings should allow both users to join and interact via the generated link without requiring the admin/host to start or join the meeting. The meeting is scheduled for a future time, and the link is stored in our database so both users can access it when the session begins. After the meeting, I want to generate AI-based meeting notes and store them or provide them as a downloadable file on my platform. Currently, the meetings we create require the host to join first before others can enter. I’d like to avoid that and allow the meeting to start as long as both users join — without host intervention. Zoom Workspace started to have performance issues on my Mac Book Pro 2018, Intel. Before it worked great for years. Recently, 5 min into the call it begins to degrade audio and video, audio begins to stutter and I have to switch to iPad. This is not a network issue, my iPad and iPhone work great on the same wifi.
