Trying to open 2nd account...

Hello, I'm a 77-year old grandmother trying to open a 2nd free zoom account on my laptop.  I chose the new email address I NEED to use, entered it and got to "prove you're a human."  I have very poor eyesight so use the "Play" (vocalizes partial sentences then typed into text box.  4 in a row had such terrible audio, it was hopeless to hear.  I could hear try #5,  I entered what I heard, and hit "verify," then "send email code."  It arrived so late it expired. After a few tries, "resend" wouldn't let me try again.  I have tried ALL the things that are suggested on this website to fix it and NONE work.  I NEED this 2nd account to be opened with the EXACT SAME #2 email address I had chosen, the one that has all these problems.  What are my options?  MANY thanks!

I would suggest getting a friend with good eyesight to assist with the initial setup. If you are doing this second account to join other people's Zoom meetings just be aware that no account is required to JOIN another Zoom meeting.
