I have already turned on interpretation in settings but still, when I create a conference, the Interpretation option is not there! Can someone help me figure out why my account doesn't have the interpretation option even after I have enabled it?
Does anyone have advice for the best practices for using the Zoom Meeting (not webinar) Usage Reports as a meeting sign-in for a large meeting (hundreds of people)? Registered Zoom users who are logged into Zoom will show the correct name, email address, etc., but what about participants who call in or who do not have a Zoom account? I am worried their screen name during the meeting will not reflect their actual name, and I think I understand from research that the Usage Report does not reflect names changed during a meeting. Any information and advice is welcome!
If you use the desktop client for Zoom to share music, you probably know about the “Original Sound” option to disable echo cancellation, noise suppression, and other music-killing audio processing. You may also have realized this option is not available on the web client - so, no luck on Chromebook. It turns out it is possible to get this functionality using a free Chrome extension that I developed. Just today when people were schedule meetings with me via my Calendly link I got the error message from Calendly that Zoom was not connected.I chatted with the help bot; however, was not able to complete the instructions to reauthorize the integration as there was no setting option in the upper right corner after I clicked on scheduler so I was stuck. I have also reached out the Calendly as I am not certain which side of the equation the issue resides.
After the recent update, it’s become very difficult to manage chat messages during my Zoom sessions. Earlier, I could easily see all private messages sent by participants to the host in one place. Now, I need to select each participant to view their message, which is not practical when handling large groups. i saw a reply to another participant with the same problem with a suggested solution. but i cannot find the setting referenced in the suggested solution. and i see that a lot of other people have the same problem and cannot see this setting. is this a setting i have to get my school administrators to change? this is ridiculous. just change it back. this was a mess in an online test today. i have an hour before my next test. sending an email is not going to solve this problem fast enough. you have not even approved and posted my questions here yet. we should go back to Blackboard Collaborate.
How can people in a group now send you private chat messages so you can see them all at once? The new design shows a "main chat" icon, but that's not private. If I want to see what a bunch of people are sending me, now I have to open each of their icons. This doesn't work.
Hello, We have been using this new Zoom for Lightning package, however, the moment I do a sandbox refresh in the lower environments, the package breaks and becomes unusable post-refresh. Anybody know a fix or anything?
The shortcut for Clips clashes with the Adobe programmes. How can I turn it off? I didn't set it up but it must be on automatically. I asked the useless Chat Bot but the replies made no sense and I just got an error code. Some human assistance would be very welcome!

Dear Zoom Team, I would like to respectfully request the addition of Czech language support to the Zoom desktop application. Zoom is widely used in the Czech Republic for education, private lessons, online courses, and community meetings. While many users are familiar with English, a large portion — especially older adults, children, and individuals with limited digital literacy — struggle with using software in a foreign language. The absence of Czech localization creates a barrier that significantly hinders the user experience, especially in educational settings where clarity and accessibility are crucial. Czech is a fully developed language used by over 10 million people. Since the latest update, it seems that Zoom not longer integrates with apps on Apple devices. The only options I can see for calendar and contact integration are Google, Exchange and Microsoft 365. Has anyone discovered a way for make Zoom work with Mac calendars and contacts? Am I missing something? Help very much appreciated!!
I have a recurring webinar with several source tracking links for different campaigns. For one campaign in particular, the "visitors" number seems very high, especially when compared to the LinkedIn data that shows engagement with our ads that the source tracking link was used for (e.g., Zoom saying 3000 visitors, but LinkedIn showing only 1000 impressions, with even fewer clicks, and we actually didn't generate any registrations at all). We only posted this on LinkedIn, no where else. Is it possible for this visitors number to be inflated on the Zoom end, perhaps for some unknown technical reason? We know we need to revisit our campaign strategy and CTA in general, but I'm specifically wondering how the Zoom visitors are so much higher than what LinkedIn says. Thanks for any input!
Even when in settings and just viewing my self video, getting 3 second. When I just use camera in windows, no lag. Have tried updating and restarting the app and restarting device. How do i remove the lag?
When someone adds me as an alternative host to a meeting, I would like that meeting to show up in my Meetings panel. Otherwise, to actually join in the host role, I need to find the email that I got and use that link. (I think this is the case, though I am not 100% sure.) It would be much easier if I could just go to Meetings and click there.This has been bugging me for a while. I don't really expect a reply; just putting it out there as a nice feature to add.

I am a freelance travel writer, US based but taking multiple trips yearly to the Caribbean where I do much of my work. I use a Skype number for many calls back to the US and Canada but M/soft is dumping Skype in May. I do not regard M/soft as a company to trust with "Teams" which strikes me as far too complicated as a Skype replacement. I understand I can port (move) my Skype number so it is used in Zoom Phone. I want to be able to make and receive VOIP calls from a Zoom Phone app on my laptop which also runs on my cell phone. I do not often make calls using this number to anywhere other than the USA and Canada. Whatsapp is not practical for this use since so many people I call in the US don't have it. WHAT DO READERS HERE THINK OF USING ZOOM AS A SKYPE REPLACEMENT? This is for me only, I'm on the phone a lot every day. IS IT A SIMPLE, SEAMLESS TRANSITION? Which Zoom Phone level would be best? Hello, When i record my events (>7 hours), it is split in 2 files (06:34:03 + 40:52) instead of one.Do you know why ? And is it possible to do something to have only one file ? Because, some of my old events recordings are also > 7h but are in only one file video so i do not understand... Thank you for your help. David
Hi there, I have been using Zoom for quite some time. Suddenly last week, when I answer any call, there is a notification that "This call is being transcribed." It happens a second time if I am doing a warm transfer. It also happens for the other person if I do a direct transfer.

I use my headphones normally on other apps but it does not work with zoom. When I use my headphones with zoom the sound doesn't go into the headphones.
Has anyone been able to centralise a blocked contacts list? I'm currently an admin only access so the only way to view everyones blocked contacts would be to login to their account. I'd like to see if there is anyway around this or maybe I need to request account management access. Open to hear what path others took if they didn't manage to centralise the blocked list.
How to schedule a recurring meeting for second and fourth Friday with the same Zoom link.
When I press the New Meeting, Join button, or Share Screen button, they are grayed out and won't proceed.Also, when I click on Settings, nothing appears.The situation is the same even after doing a clean install of Windows 11 and reinstalling Zoom Workplace.Is there any way to fix this?
I enabled Online Faxing on my line for testing. I am able to receive faxes, but sending faxes is not working. I receive the error 'Sent fax failed'. No explanation. The sent faxes appear in my drafts folder. I checked the logs in Phone System Management and there is no evidence of a fax that was sent and failed. I also checked my personal profile fax settings and nothing is there. Is there somewhere I can look to see why the fax failed so I can troubleshoot?
