I received a shared invite to a recorded meeting. I am unable to join. I don’t know how to sign into a recorded meeting even though I do have a passcode. Can someone tell me how to join tje recorded meeting? Thank you

This is a good one. I have a user that the Settings > Meetings and Webinars setting for dual monitor is on and grayed out. Unfortunately the user want it to be on tabs and not dual monitor.The user has multiple monitors but even disconnecting everything from the laptop it remains grayed out. There is no admin policy for this and its local.Has anyone come across a solution for this? She I go back to an older version for the user and its a bug in the latest version?

How do i join public zoom meetings based on what topics im interested in such as books, meditation, supernatural, science, cooking, and anything else? i am trying to find out how to join the public events calendar to get meeting id for the different topics i want to chat about. how do i get these codes?

Is it possible to automate the sending of resources (a meeting recording to the Cloud) to all meeting participants? Currently, I (the organizer) receive an email to access the video recording, but I would like my contact invited to the call to also receive an email with access to the video recording. 

The controls for managing the Live Transcript function have changed from last month.  It no longer seems possible to turn the Live Transcript off and back on during the meeting. Am I missing something here or is this no longer possible? I've started a meeting via the Windows desktop app and via FIrefox browser; appears to be the same case in both instances.Thanks,TrackerDave

How to extend user-level meeting records from 90 Days to 1 Year

I am on a MACBOOK PRO ,and the HOST of a zoom meeting of approx 30 participants. I do not know what devices they were using to attend the meeting.It is a meeting with a teacher on zoom and alsol live  participants in a room looking at a projected image of the teacher ,and also particapants attending via zoom . So there are 3 computers MACS, a soundboard and AV equip. The Zoom account is either Pro or Business (im guessing)The  version of zoom being used in December of 25 was 6.6.11, which everyone on zoom had updated to.  I dont own manage the account , but I assume that Closed Captioning on Account was ON.Enabled before the meeting, on one of the computers ,probably the Audio/Visual computer (all computers were logg​​​​​​e​d onto this same zoom account) was the CC and Live Transcripts. This allowed participants to read the content of the teachers talk, which ran down the side of the zoom page. Because it is a teaching class, I as Host, recorded to MY Computer (local)

Hello, I have a workplace account. I am trying to figure out language translation. When I set the close caption to a different language, it always defer back to English. Some of my student students for example speak and read Spanish. Is there a mechanism for The user who speaks a different language to receive close caption just on their screen and their preferred language. Also, when the instructor is speaking, I understand there is a feature where the end user who speaks a different language can hear the instructor voice in their language. I find some of the land translation features to be confusing. Essentially, I’m trying to assist my students who speak Spanish to receive their closed caption in Spanish, and also have the instructor voice translated in Spanish. It is also my understanding that the Spanish translation in zoom is not very accurate.

A couple months ago I noticed the Zoom Phone Assistant stopped consistently staying on top of other windows. It keeps getting lost behind browser windows making it difficult to see incoming calls, as they do not show in the main app with it enabled. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have a resolution? I'm using Zoom Workplace 6.6.1 - Windows 11

Can you please advise how I can sync with ICal as it is not working anymore and causing much additional effort at the moment. I do not use outlook or google and want to use apple calendar. The seemless sync was one of the main reasons choosing Zoom. Could you please help? Me and my clients are really frustrated. 

As a long-time Zoom user, I would love to see a 'Chat Replay' or 'Simulated Chat' feature for Simulive/On-Demand events. Currently, I use WebinarJam because it displays the original chat history alongside the recording, which makes the event feel more 'live' and engaging. If Zoom added the ability to sync a pre-recorded chat transcript with a video, I would move all my events to Zoom to avoid the 'jam' issues on other platforms.

Hello, I need help understanding why our meeting couldn’t be summarized due to an insufficient transcript. We've used this feature many times before, but this time it didn’t work, and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know how to contact Zoom support?

Hi , I am hoping someone can advise me I have a new asus vivobook - windows 11.  I have the latest version of Zoom.When I attend a weekly zoom meeting, sometimes the host screenshares videos / music from youtube.Everyone else on the meeting can access this apart from me.  The sound is garbled, the video is stuttered and grey boxes appear on the screen.  I have checked with our internet provider and we have superfast internet with no issues.  I rang ASUS and they say it is a zoom problem.  I did a test zoom call with my son who also has an asus vivobook. - he can see what I screen share to him (and I can watch it on my screen), however I cannot see or hear what he shares with me. A guy at work suggested that the problem is to do with WINDOWS 11 and zoom.  I have tried following some of the advice on here but I do not seem to have the tickboxes  that people suggest EG I do not have anything on SOUND w

A registered event where the participants were imported, and one participant shared her registration with a non-registered participant and when the non-registered attendee clicked Join the meeting, the non-registered participant was prompted to register. How is that possible?

Hi everyone. I'm trying to setup the integration between AVZ and Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus.Based on the KB https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057946 I insert "itdesk" and select my region (EU). I'm redirected to the auth page on Zoho but after the authentication process I land on an error page that says:  Invalid ClientClient ID passed does not exist Any idea?Is the ServiceDeskPlus supported or do I miss something?"itdesk" refers to other ManageEngine products? RegardsLuca

Hi, I'm trying to use Camo Studio with Zoom, but "Reincubate Camo" isn't appearing as a camera option in the video settings. The camera is working Fine in Camo Studio. I've tried restarting both apps, updating Zoom, and reinstalling Camo Studio, but nothing seems to work. My device is connected, and Camo Studio is running on my computer. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions for getting it to work? Thanks in advance for your help!

I use Zoom to connect with long distant grandchildren.  We also like to play games using the game room concept of several sites such as,  https://buddyboardgames.com/ and https://playingcards.io/ .  We play these games in a separate window while in our Zoom session.  I believe the structure is similar to Kooht, which Zoom has recently added as an extension but I have not personally tried it.  I use the whiteboard to do joint drawing with one my grandsons.  We can also play games like  Tic Tac Toe and hangman.  Incorporating some of the game rooms we currently use in separate windows into Zoom would make it even better.  While Zoom is focused on supporting organizations, it is also great for staying connected with grandkids and other long distant friends and  family members.&nbsp

One of my users accounts has completely disappeared. It was a licensed account (Our CEO unfortunately). I am working with Zoom support but am wondering if anyone else has seen something similar.  FactsUsed a week ago and no trace of it since, no evidence of it being deleted and her license is now freed up. While investigating issue, she stated she also had 2 other accounts that have also disappeared.She is not tech savvy but I trust that she did not go into account settings and delete 3 accounts.  

Hello,  During our breakout rooms, the audio is leaking from one breakout into another breakout. Each individual is remote and not located in the same physical space. The audio is slightly decreased but is overtaking the breakout rooms discussions. Is anyone else having this issue or heard of something like this?

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?
