I have a user that when he makes a call (internally or externally) he can't hear the call dialing. He also can't hear any music when he is put on hold. If he changes his audio device to use the internal speakers of the laptop the audio is fine. This is the second laptop this has happened too. To clarify there is no issue when speaking to the end user. Both sides can be heard clearly. It is only when he is put on hold he does not hear audio. We have tried a different laptop. Different Headsets using different connection methods. Type C, USB2 and bluetooth. All give the same issue. Im hoping someone else has come accross this issue and may be able to help 🙂

Zoom version: Version: 5.16.10Apple devices: latest OS'sMy devices have their clocks set to Australian Eastern Standard Time (switching to Australian Eastern Daylight Time for summer) - ie +10 or +11 hours in relation to UTC.Zoom preferences pick up this time setting.I receive Zoom meeting invitations from various sources which display the meeting time in the email.But when recorded in Zoom and my Apple Calendar the times are recorded as UTC - ie 10 or 11 hours later than local time. eg today an invitation for 9:30 on Saturday was recorded for 10:30pm on Friday.It appears that the Zoom invitations lack time zone information for Apple to use in processing the invitation in my devices.Any comments?
I can't seem to find out how to use the zoom phone - when I dial an outgoing call, I immediately get a message that says I don't have the correct service plan. I have the Pro License, and the $15/mo Unlimited US/CA. Can someone help?

I can't create an additional hub in Zoom Event. I googled and searched in Zoom, but all the answers I found were outdated. They brought me to the ‘How to set up additional Hubs’ topic in this link https://www.zoom.com/en/products/event-platform/resources/events-hub-best-practices/ But, my screen in Zoom Events is different from the screen shown in the link above. Please help.
I've been trying to schedule Zoom meetings for later this week using the desktop app; however, when you go to select the date on the calendar, it won't change the date from the current day's date. I tried to do this last week and today and it won't let me schedule for dates in advance.
A few updates ago, the Zoom app stopped showing my background when I had the Virtual backgrounds turned OFF! What I see is myself with a light blue gradient background. What am I missing? Is there a setting somewhere to set? The Zoom support bots were no help(endless loop of the same suggestions that don't work or don't apply). I appreciate any help anyone has to offer. 🙂

I created a meeting on 1/4 at 6:00pm for a meeting on 1/16 at 1:00pm. I copied/pasted the meeting details into an email and sent to several people. I have my waiting room setup. I asked a couple of people to click on the meeting link because I wanted to confirm that they would receive, "wait for the host to let you in". The people did say that they saw that, however, the meeting invite said that the meeting was on 1/4 at 6:00pm, which is the date I created the meeting, not the actual meeting date. What is going on with zoom?
Is there a way to have closed captioning always enabled at a system level, without having to request this be turned on by the meeting host in each meeting?
We are well versed in producing Zoom webinars, and are currently trialling Events; predominantly for the backstage area (a terrific innovation). However, it does not appear to allow the host to remain backstage whilst screen sharing directly into the live webinar. Is there a solution available here that allows the host to remain backstage whilst screen sharing to attendees?
Hi, When I tried to retrieve my local recording from the recording list on my sign-in home page, I got an invalid link prompt. Error 124: That I must sign in with the same zoom account on the web. I was already signed in and so not sure what is the problem. Anyone can help? Also, if I want the video recording, should I save it on Cloud instead?
When I connect to Zoom it disables the sound of the other app I'm on. What can I do so I can hear both sounds as I've done in the past with my previous computer?
We are using Zoom Room Controls to control a QSYS Core 110f. Every 60 seconds QSYS closes the connection as described here: https://q-syshelp.qsc.com/Content/External_Control_APIs/ECP/ECP_Commands.htm#:~:text=Note%3A%20An%20External%20Control%20client,get%20reclaimed%20by%20the%20Core. Then the zoom computer instantly reconnects. In the short term things work fine, however every few days it seems, something in the network stack of the QSYS core crashes and it needs a hard reboot. I have experienced this with QSYS when there is a large volume of active sockets or high amounts of control activity. I think there may be a memory leak in QSYS's network stack, or something of that nature. Perhaps closed sockets are not getting properly deleted. Unfortunately I cannot control that. However I was wondering if there is a way to keep the connection alive so the logs aren't flooded with a reconnect every 60 seconds from zoom and there isn't
I would like to use the Post Attendee URL option to redirect people after the webinar to our webpage. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I tried a couple of times to join via browser as well as an application but it looks like the option wasn't applied. I see the standard notification "thanks for joining". We are looking at having a company townhall meeting and setting it up with Zoom Sessions. What are the viewing options for everyone in the session? Can we have gallery view, or is Zoom Sessions similar to Webinars where we are limited to seeing the presenters only?
I am trying to figure out how to allow an executive admin to trim their bosses Zoom meeting recordings before it is shared out with others. Have tried setting as alternate host. Even created a role based group and added both her and the boss into that group and allowed recording management privileges. She still cannot see the scissors on the recordings especially past meetings. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to allow her to see and edit recordings of her boss.
I just created two different Zoom meetings. I selected recurring meeting>no fixed time. Now they don't show up in my list of meetings on my dashboard. This is highly inconvenient. Now I can't easily join the meetings from my list of meetings since they are not listed and nowhere to be found. Does anyone know if there is a way to locate them in my account?

Hi all, in Canvas interface, there is a tab for Zoom Meetings. I'm getting an error code 1120WarningA valid invitation to join the Zoom account was not found for this user.Error Code 1120 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_0d68baa5391a3fdc I talked to Canvas tech support and he said it has to do with my email being incorrect, and the error is on zoom's end. My email with zoom is the same as the one for canvas. I can't find a tech support number for zoom. Any help here? Class starts in 3 days...
Currently and in recent years up to a week ago have been able to log in to Zoom on my home PC. However yesterday could not log and error message was - Your app version needs to be 5.16.6 or higher to sign in -Can see my profile on the zoom website but unable to contact Technical Support. Do not know how to proceed.
