Thank you for joining the community. Your account is signed in, but your current permissions don’t allow assigning licenses (or checking/assigning other users’ license entitlements). License assignment requires being the account Owner or an Admin (or having a custom role with user/license management permissions).

What you can do next (self-serve):

1. In the Zoom web portal, go to User Management > Users and check what your Role is.
2. If you’re a Member, ask the account Owner/Admin to either:
   • assign the licenses to users, or
   • change your role / grant you a custom role that includes license management.
