Hello Zoom Community, We are currently deploying Zoom Workplace 7.1.0 across our Windows 11 enterprise environment and have identified an issue reported by Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.Microsoft Defender is detecting the bundled OpenSSL libraries within the Zoom installation as vulnerable:libcrypto-3-zm.dll – Version 3.4.4.0 libssl-3-zm.dll – Version 3.4.4.0These files are located under: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\ As a result, Microsoft Defender is generating an "Update owning apps: vulnerable OpenSSL libraries detected" recommendation and associating these files with multiple OpenSSL CVEs (including CVE-2026-28387 and additional OpenSSL vulnerabilities).This currently affects all of our deployed Zoom clients. Could you please advise:Are these vulnerabilities acknowledged by Zoom for Zoom Workplace 7.1.0? I am hoping you guys can help me.When i answer a zoom phone call, about 20 seconds into the call, the sound/mic will completely stop.This happens with internal and external calls.I have checked firewall settings, uninstalled/installed zoom and Jabra direct for my headset.I have also tried USB and Bluetooth headsets.Changed PCs. It has to be a zoom issues, but checking the call logs, the signal is not lost and all shows no problems.Everything is all up to date.All settings match on zoom and the pc settings. There is no pattern.5 out of 6 calls will do this. Sometimes cut out at 20 seconds, other times I can be on the phone for 20 minutes and it will then cut out.An error message pops up saying Microphone has stopped working properly.I can then make another call straightaway while the error message is showing and it will work perfectly.Again could be 20 seconds, could be 20 minutes before it stops working.TIA

I am a virtual teacher who has essentially been unable to effectively deliver instruction after the latest update. I use MacBook Pro 2020 and the students use the latest HP Chromebooks.

Zoom 5.11.10 and 5.11.9. In a meeting using KDE on Wayland right click menus appear at random places on the screen and clicking outside the menu does not cause it to close, though using the Esc key does. Also clicking on the shield icon at the top left of the meeting only produces the dialogue for a brief flash and it then disappears. It all works correctly though if I run Zoom with XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP set to GNOME.
Does anyone know why people can't receive my Zoom meeting email invitations? I also tested with my own email address and I can't receive any Zoom email invitations either. I checked the spam email box as well and they are not there. I am using a paid Zoom Pro solution for small businesses so it is not a free basic account. Thank you!
I'm having an echo issue with 2 way communication for zoom webinars. I have live participants in a building atrium and people dialing in. When someone in the atrium talks on a microphone, the people dialed in hear the person echo. But if a remote person talks, their voice sounds fine coming through the speakers in the atrium. I use Indeed to schedule interviews with potential candidates. They allow for third party video conferencing, but I need to paste a video link. I do it this way because Indeed has access to my calendar so the candidate can pick a mutually beneficial time. The problem is, I dont know where to get the video link without first creating a dummy interview in Outlook and than copying that link to Indeed to send to the client. When the client picks a time, I then have to go back to Outlook to edit the dummy interview so that we are using the same link.
I recorded a meeting through the cloud feature - everyone on the meeting was notified with the audio and chat feature when I began and finished recording. However, I didn't get an email following the meeting with my recording details and likewise, the recording is not showing up in my cloud recordings under my account. I even checked my computer and local recordings even though I am 100% positive I used cloud recording.I saw some people recommending looking through the deleted recording files, but I have never once deleted a recording so I don't even see that as an option on my screen.Has anyone else had this problem and know how to solve/where to look? I have freezing happening. For the first few seconds of a meeting all is well. Then all the pictures freeze. Note:apparently MY picture is not freezing for othersif someone shares a screen, I can see it no issue.Internet connection: This happens at both my home and business offices, and this is the ONLY problem I am having. I have had both internet connections checked and there is no issue with either.Close unnecessary applications and tabs: This happens even if zoom is the ONLY thing open on the computer.Update brower/system: regularlyUpdate zoom app: I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. The first meeting after a reinstallation sometimes will work. I am in Chrome but not on a Chromebook. I cannot figure out where to find the 'video settings'. This is a Zoom Events problem. Yesterday I tried to upload a file with 79 Sessions in it to the Event Content -> Sessions area. I immediately received the error: ! An error was encountered when processing your request Now whenever I go to the Sessions area I continue to get this error message along with a spinning cursor. I see no Sessions and there is not even a button to add Sessions manually. It's been over 8 hours. I've tried logging out and logging back into Zoom. I tried clearing browser cache. I tried a different browser. No help. Has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve it? I have a ticket open with Zoom but have had no response yet. I'm in dire straits as my event will start in less than a week and I have over 100 paid registrants.
Hi, Can someone confirm if Workplace Pro only comes with one licence? We have this account and need at least two people to be able to host meetings (longer than 40mins) independently. We thought this account meant we could do this but currently only one person has the licence and the other is a basic user on the acccount.Do we really need to buy another full licence? Thank you
We use the registration element for our meeetings and some users are unable to register as they receive an error saying their email address is invalid. It is from a university, so does not take the standard format . Their email address looks like this ***********. Any advice?
I have meetings for a small group of people (40 to 50) several days a week with the same ID/passcode. I don't want to change the ID/Passcode if possible and would like to add a rather generic user to the account that could open and host the meeting. Then I can share that username/passcode with a few leaders. Is this something I can do without losing the ID/Passcode meeting and without giving the generic username/passcode access to admin/billing etc.? How should I do this? Zoom doesn't seem to be set up for this type of use.

I am using zoom for the last 2 years. I did not face any issue but today I am facing a strange issue and just because of this issue I am unable to join my important class which is related to air conditioning. Whenever I click on the link to join the class it shows an error with this notification "You can't join this class". Someone can guide me about this that how can I sort out this issue? I was with a friend and noticed what might be a recent change, but I was wondering if anyone else encountered this issue. The zoom app responds to Dark Mode on my Android Device on the main screen (start a meeting, Join, Schedule, Share Screen). But when I start a meeting, the meeting itself is always in dark mode. My participants list is black (white text on a dark background). Is there another setting or feature for this? I'd like to be able to have my meeting window in the black text on white background if possible, or at least follow the Dark Mode setting when I turn it on in Android. 1. Turn off Dark mode on your android device 2. Choose New meeting or join a meeting 3. Note that the window that pops up for the meeting is in dark mode and doesn't seem to be affected by changing the Dark Mode on the device. Android app -> 6.2.2 (24621)
