Question

unauthorized member joined a meeting I host - how do I track his phone number

I just ended a zoom meeting, shocked by what happened

After someone joined a meeting I hosted and while asking him to identify himself - he started cursing everyone

 how can I track his phone number or any ID information ?

Hi @georgset,

You can check (or the addmin on your account),  the Zoom reports;

https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report#/usageReports

the information will depend on whether they were logged into Zoom whether you required registration, and what was asked for.

I always request simple registration information.
Just so you know, the default for Zoom is to give the Zoom link if they register within 1 hour of the meeting, and this means they can provide a fake email address at that time and still gain entry.

If this solves the question, please mark it as resolved.
All the best

John

Hi John, this happened to me as well. I host lessons and every user has to register so when looking at the report, I could see two attempts were made to enter the class by someone not known to me. The email addresses look fake. Is there any other way I can track down who this was? or Report the user anywhere.
