We have a few VIP staff members that have all of their calls screened by their Administrative assistants. We have hidden the VIP staff from the directory, and have a queue setup with their name so the their admin assistants can take them. The problem is that when a VIP makes a call to a staff member, their extension shows on the receiving end. This has caused their extension to be leaked and they are now receiving calls directly. Their phones should always, always, always go to the Admin assistants first. Their phone should not ring except for a incoming intercom.In our previous on-prem solution, we could make the outbound caller ID show as private without their extension number showing. We need a solution that will anonymize their internal extension number.

I am trying to customize my meeting link with my company name. The knowledge center provides these instructions below but my issue is that under Step 3, there is no "Customize" option showing in my profile/meeting. I have a Pro account and I updated my version earlier this week. Is there another reason this option is missing? Hi everyone! I've created several zoom-meetings for my students. Each meeting has it's own topic, so I want to put a corresponding banner on every meeting's waiting room. But I can't find settings to customize a single meeting. In Zoom support I see only how to change the banner for all the meetings at once. So the question is - can I put different banners for different waiting rooms? If it's possible, where can I find these settings?Thanks in advance!
About a week ago I can no longer Mute/UnMute with the button on my AirPods Pro.It has been working perfectly in the past. Now I get a Zoom error message "Cannot control mic with AirPods pro" See picture.This is a new error It used to work up until about a week ago.I tried reinstalling Zoom. Hi, I had always understood that Zoom Contact Center (Voice) could be configured to only show history (call summaries) from the same contact team. So for example, anyone contacting Team A can see only see other call summaries from Team A. They wouldn't be able to see that the caller had recently also spoken to Teams E, G and H, or view the summaries from those calls. However, we have just found that the above is NOT the case at all which is causing some concern. Team A can see the history of interactions with Teams B, C, E etc and read the call summaries which is a real data privacy concern. Have we misunderstood something? Has something in Zoom been changed? Regards
Hello! I have the Video SDK Pay As You Go account but as soon as I enter the Zoom Video SDK site and click Build App it sends me to the usual site with building app and there is no option of Video SDK, it is just general, server oauth and webhook. What can I do?

Hi- I am in US and take guitar lessons with a teacher in UK. He records the lessons for me. He uses a windows computer(I believe) and I use my Ipad pro (updated) and though I have checked enable original sound for musicians both in and out of a meeting my teacher CAN NOT hear my guitar. We can speak to each other but as soon as I play he says my guitar cannot be heard. I can see and hear his guitar. I take my lesson in a quiet room. He says I am the only student he has this issue with!i tried taking a lesson on my patio and when i played the recording some of the sound cut off intermittently. Please help!
While I am able to see closed captions in some meetings, I am unable to turn them on in other meetings. I have gone to Accessibility in Settings, but CC simply would not appear at the bottom of the screen. They did not turn on when the other member present initiated the call, nor when I initiated the call. I did get as far as seeing the sample of a caption, and I turned on "enable." I hope someone can guide me to a solution.
Scenario: Webinar with an English to Spanish Interpreter. Spanish speaking attendee that has selected the Spanish Interpreters audio channel. Question: Can the Spanish speaking attendee enable CC and see the Spanish Interpreters audio channel in CC? So for example if the translator hears "five" from the original audio channel and then translates that to "cinco" the CC for our Spanish speaking attendee shows "cinco". Note: While testing, our Spanish speaking attendee with CC enabled could only see CC from the original audio channel. I always use OBS Studio as a camera for my meetings. In OBS I have the scenes I need to share with my audience. The problem is that to show myself in full screen I need to press share, then hit secondary camera and select one by one the correct camera in a sequential way. I request that you can share, directly, OBS Camera with a single click. Is it possible to configure it right now or do they have to improve it?
Hi Zoom Community, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue for several months now and am hoping someone might be able to help or has had a similar experience. Issue:Zoom randomly crashes during meetings, particularly when I’m sharing my screen and actively doing something (e.g. clicking through slides, browsing, using Zoom companion etc.). The crash usually lasts anywhere from 20 seconds to a full minute, then Zoom reconnects itself to the meeting. I have recorded a meeting with multiple participants. During the recording, I could see all the participants on the screen as equally sized tiles. Hence, I assumed that this is what is being recorded. My thinking was... I get/record what I see... To my horror, the actual recording is only showing the screen of a speaker (one speaker at a time) and hides everyone else. Questions:a) Is there a way to "switch" the processed recording to a gallery view?b) What are the settings that will allow me to consistently record an entire gallery of panelists and only highlight the speaker while keeping the rest of the participants in view (I assumed that this is what "Multi-speaker view" is supposed to accomplish)?

We are using a Zoom Pro plan and want our meeting recordings to appear in gallery view (showing all participants on screen at the same time). During the meeting, we select Gallery View, and both speakers are visible. But when the recording is saved, it only shows the active speaker, switching between participants instead of showing everyone together.We have already enabled the gallery-view recording settings and followed the instructions on Zoom Support, including spotlighting participants, but the recording still does not stay in gallery view.We need help fixing this so that our recordings always show gallery view.
I finished recent Zoom update (within the last 2 weeks) and now when I share my screen during a Zoom meeting, it show any participant of my meeting big grey boxes wherever there's a Zoom screen open (like chat or the toolbars). Is there a workaround for this? It didn't happen before the update and is preventing me from effectively hosting meetings where i need to screenshare (which is almost all of them).
Is there a way to make Zoom quit after I leave a meeting? I prefer not to have apps running that I'm not using. When I leave a meeting, zoom keeps running. I would like for Zoom to quit after I leave a meeting.
Hello,I have figured out how to increase the size of the font within the actual chat message itself. What I cannot find is how to increase the size of the Team Chat List (the bar on the left). Even changing the settings on my computer for apps doesn't affect the size of the font. How can I adjust the size of that font? If I cannot, that is a huge accessibility oversight.
Hi, I needed to join a zoom meeting/webinar from a logitech device which requires me to input the meeting ID and passcode.The invite link we received is using a TK code instead of a passcode. In doing some searching, it seems this is a token used webinars. Is there any way to join this webinar from a device which is unable to join meetings via the link and instead requires manually inputting the meeting ID and passcode as the only connection method?
Can Zoom create an option to delay the recording until the Zoom AI Summary is ready to send together with the recording? Currently emails may be sent separately or together depending on when the summary or the recording is completed. I would like one email of them together.
Please help!I tried everything, my microphone and camera won't start in Zoom meetings, although they work fine with Teams. any thoughts?
