Personalized Meeting Link - Customize Option Not Available

I am trying to customize my meeting link with my company name. The knowledge center provides these instructions below but my issue is that under Step 3, there is no "Customize" option showing in my profile/meeting. I have a Pro account and I updated my version earlier this week. Is there another reason this option is missing?  

To create your personal Zoom link for a meeting:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Profile.
  3. Under Meeting, to the right of Personal Link, click Customize.
  4. Enter the ID or personal link desired.
  5. Click Save Changes.

      Good question, I am asking myself the same thing. We pay reasonable money for the Pro function, there should be an option to costumize our meeting rooms. I am disappointed, frankly. All these Ai functions, a data grab on contacts in the google calendar synchronization that is not necessary at all to provide the service of a calendar, but something as simple as naming our meeting rooms is missing at a Paid Tier @zoom please consider changing this. This is exactly why I dont want to commit to a years long subscription
