Why does one of my chat contacts have a red exclamation mark in a circle icon after their name? I'm on Linux Mint.

"Introducing Zoom Drive" notifications won't close

Zoom updated today on Ubuntu and now I have a popup notification titled "Introducing Zoom Drive" that appears on all tabs and refuses to close. Yes, I clicked the x in the top right corner. Is there any way to get rid of this thing?
