TOUCH UP MY APPEARANCE is missing (ZOOM PRO)

On June 13, 2024, Zoom literally stopped working on my desktop (PC). I finally uninstalled it.  Then reinstalled and signed in.  I had to reset all my settings.  My gut says it has to do with Zoom App.  I only use ZOOM in a browser and never on the phone.    TOUCH UP MY APPEARANCE which has numerous features I like .... it is gone!    The zoom AI cannot understand ...and I am using exact ZOOM language.

Any suggestions on what happened or where it might be?

I hate to uninstall again...and reinstall... who knows if I will get anything back!

hi @JeanaLocke ,

The browser version of zoom will never be able to keep up with the App. But the Zoom engineers do try and keep the main features available. The deeper features are not all possible within the browser.

all the best

Will it take a year do you think to update the browser? Background & effects (where touch up appears according to "help") no longer exists.

If Google meet can do it on a Chromebook then you'd think Zoom could figure it out as well.

Yeah, at least for Android. Would be great to know when they plan on addeessing this how many years they think this might be. snap chat and tik tok can do all kinds of amazong things to my image, but to not have every single wrinkle and pore shine in harsh lighting, zooms programmers are stumped. Guess zoom doesnt pay as much to their programmers as tiktok
