Zoom Phone won't dial out

Hello,I have used Zoom Phone to call people for months without a problem.Today, when I type in the telephone number, it just won't dial out, so I can't call anyone/ make an outgoing call.Do I need to adjust anything in the settings?Thanks,Emma
