Macbook Pro M1 , two shared mirrored displays (1 HDMI and 1 ipad side car mode) over zoom

Has anyone else experienced their image flickering when they use a Macbook Pro M1 in side car mode with an Ipad Mini, and using an HDMI to mirror the image to an in-room projector. Then try to use Zoom on top of this to record the zoom shared content...
