Zoom Phone Can’t Make Calls on iOS 9/28/23

Hello, I am getting a service error code: 4301804 and cannot make calls on my Zoom app. Does anyone know what the problem is? I am on the latest version on iOS 5.16.0. - I am a licensed user still - I have internet connection
