Day 1 CAD 1000 paid, Day 2 my account is suspended. Can I get my money back?

hi everyone, I have purchased for a zoom plan with ~ 1000 CAD for the next whole year. Then I accidentally used a unapproved (or fake?) version of zoom app which is from the Chinese app shop to log in. My account is suspended and blocked immediately....
