Recordings that have a password

We have several meetings that we recorded. We are sharing with those who couldn't attend; however, they keep saying it is asking for a password. We didn't require a password to join and are unsure where to find a password. Please advise.

When people join Zoom by Phone and Announce Themselves

How do you turn off the feature allowing phone call users to announce themselves. Onces a meeting has started, when a phone call participant starts an automated voice interrupts the speaker saying, "John Smith has joined the call."
