Unable to obtain grid view on TC8 using X50.

We have two offices both using X50's with TC8's. Grid view in Zoom used to work on both fine, but now only works on one. Both are running the latest firmware as of 3/14. Nothing we do seems to make a difference in function. All settings are the same ...
