Unable to obtain grid view on TC8 using X50.

We have two offices both using X50's with TC8's. Grid view in Zoom used to work on both fine, but now only works on one.

 

Both are running the latest firmware as of 3/14. Nothing we do seems to make a difference in function. All settings are the same for both.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello,

    Can you unassign the X50 and TC8 then create a new Zoom Room and assign them to that room? That would eliminate the issue being with the Zoom Room setup on the Zoom side. If it works after that you may just want to switch everything to the new room (calendar, naming, etc).

If it still doesn't work, try a factory reset on the TC8 and then re-pair with the room.
