Resizing display for 3 or more speakers using Spotlighting

If I have 3 or more speakers I want to spotlight, Can I resize the display size and allow only one speaker to be larger than the others?Example: 2 smaller speaker boxes at the top and the keynote speaker taking up the rest of the screen?
