Zoomルームの機器（ロジクール製）を購入いただき接続まで行いましたが、ZoomルームでZoom接続した際、予期せぬエラーで接続できませんでした（エラーコード：1137）と出ます。Zoomルームのアップデートの方法について教えてください。（HP検索しても全部英語で分かりません）
