I too would like an update here. This is very important to us as well and we really do not want the default Zoom music for parked calls. Agree that this shouldn't be hard because as Ry mentions, it can be done for internal calls.

I am interested in this as well. When it is released for everyone will it still be a feature that cannot be turned off and on? It would be great if each user could choose this and turn on and off at their discretion.
