gone back to old version of zoom how do i go back to latest version

I have logged into my paid for version of zoom this morning and it has gone back to an old version in the desktop. i have lost the ability to blur my background, and different date formats now on screen - also when I try to talk on the zoom live chat...

I have zoom downloaded on 2 pcs - same account - on one there is an option for blur background on the other there is no option when click on backgrounds how do i add blurred background to this pc? - it meets all the requirements suggested
