What is Zoomtopia?

Zoomtopia, our annual flagship conference, showcases how technology, innovation, and human connection converge to drive transformative business impact. While anyone can attend virtually, the in-person experience is by invitation only. This year, 2024, we are reimagining the event to help you discover how Zoom unlocks the transformative power of generative AI, helping you connect, collaborate, and work happy with AI Companion. 

How is Zoomtopia 2024 different from previous years?

While there will be a small audience in person, everyone will be able to access Zoomtopia virtually to see groundbreaking innovation during our keynote to help you Work Happy with Zoom AI Companion. Immerse yourself in exclusive virtual breakout sessions offering solution deep dives from our experts and customers on increasing productivity, improving team effectiveness, and enhancing skills.

When & where is Zoomtopia 2024?

Zoomtopia 2024 is a hybrid and global event. Content for the Americas runs on October 9, 2024. We will livestream the keynote to the virtual audience from San Jose, CA, where a small in-person audience will be in attendance.

Virtual programming for APAC, EMEA, and Japan will stream after the Americas in a “follow the sun” model on October 10, 2024, in their respective time zones. 

What time zone will the event be in?

The programming for each of the regional events will be as follows: 

• Zoomtopia Americas: Pacific Time 
• Zoomtopia APAC: Singapore Time 
• Zoomtopia EMEA: British Summer Time
• Zoomtopia Japan: Japan Time

Who should attend Zoomtopia and why?

Although in-person participation is by invitation only, anyone passionate about exploring the future of work, Zoom  AI Companion’s impact on collaboration, and the potential of hybrid teams can register for the virtual experience of Zoomtopia.

When does registration open? What is the cost of attending Zoomtopia?

Registration is now open! Our virtual events are complimentary and open to all attendees.

What virtual event platform will Zoomtopia be hosted on? 

Zoomtopia will be hosted on Zoom Events, a virtual event platform for hosting single-session or multi-day events. 

Will live content be recorded and available after the event?

Yes, the company keynotes, breakout sessions, and technical demo sessions will be available for on-demand viewing. 

What type of content are we offering this year?

For our virtual experience, in addition to the keynote, we will be offering interactive and engaging sessions designed to deliver valuable insights and a glimpse into the future of collaboration.

What languages will be supported at Zoomtopia?

Zoomtopia Americas: Spanish & Brazilian Portuguese

Zoomtopia APAC: Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, & Chinese

Zoomtopia EMEA: German, French, Spanish, Italian, & Arabic

Zoomtopia Japan: Japanese translations of the keynote (breakout sessions will be recorded in Japanese)

What is Partner Connect? 

Partner Connect is a dedicated program within the Zoomtopia event that offers exclusive content and experiences for partners. Partners will participate in the overall Zoomtopia programming, as well as in a dedicated partner keynote. In-person attendance is by invitation only, while virtual attendance is open to all Zoom partners.

The event provides the chance to learn about growth opportunities with AI and platform expansion, engaging keynotes, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and a celebration of partner achievements. Partner Connect at Zoomtopia is a transformative event for partners to enhance their Zoom practice and stay apprised of industry developments.
