I am subscribed to Zoom and have the package allowing me to use up to 3 whiteboards. This has been working really well ever since I started using it, over a year ago, including pasting images (using Ctrl + V) and inserting images and documents of multiple pages.
Today I allowed the Zoom update, and I can no longer paste or upload anything. I get a note saying "Exceeded capacity" and the image disappears/does not remain when I next open the whiteboard, nor can members on my call see the images.
What has happened? Obviously, I deleted lots from my whiteboards to hopefully allow for more space, but alas, it continues to tell me that I have "Exceeded capacity".
Help.
