You're the second person I've seen inquiring about silversneakers!

 

If you can join silversneakers, you should be able to join any meeting that is hosted on Zoom.  In some cases, meeting hosts will require that you join while logged into a Zoom account, but for many meetings, you don't event need an account.  Give it a try!
