the event reminders are going out 1 hour after the event rather than 1 hour before. how do you fix

THere are reminders  going out 1 week, 1 day, 1 hour before event, and there are post event mails.  You can configure these under e-mail setting for your webinar.  If this does not fix the problem I would clear my browser cache, and ensure my zoom account time setting are correct.
