can't use keyboard shortcut to copy text in Q&A

In a Zoom Webinar, we want to copy each question text to another document to reorder for moderation purposes. While we can copy by right-click + choosing "copy" to copy text, we cannot use keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl + c in Windows). Is there a setting I'm missing?

It is hard to copy comment from Zoom Webinar, the keyboard short code do not work. The chat is different in operation in Meetings and there most people find they can copy the message.
At this moment, I am in a meeting in Mac OS and can use keyboard shortcuts.
