Whenever I try record my webinar I can't get video and sound in the same time. I couldn't find any setting in my profile about this topic.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @1284Do.

 

I can’t tell from your post whether you’re talking about Cloud vs Local Recording, and it would help to have a screen shot of your recording settings.

 

How far apart are we talking about? Is it consistent throughout the entire recording? It’s not uncommon for a Zoom Audio to be delayed for relatively brief periods of time due to network issues.
