Zoom Create Webinar Rate limits for Enterprise Account

Hello! I have some questions regarding the Rate limits for webinar creation. I have an enterprise account and can I only have 100 requests per day for create or update webinars?

If yes, is there a way that I can have more than 100 request per day?

Thank you for the reference article. I believe Create Zoom Webinar is considered as a Light Api and I don't see any Daily Rate Limit for Light,  does it mean, it defaults to 100 requests per day, unlike Heavy and Resource Intensive which mentions the daily limit?
