Hi,

I'm looking are finding a way to report on the usage of our webinar licenses. Who has licenses, how often it was used, last time used, and any upcoming usage. Curious if anyone knows of a way to produce this type of report?

Thanks

Scott

Hi Scott,

I'm looking for this same kind of reporting and analysis. I haven't found any canned reports that do this. I've had to use the Webinars Dashboard page to export data a month at a time. I use Excel/GSheets to clean it up. I have to use my best guesses to filter out practice sessions and the like by looking for repeats of the same ID and low attendance. Not the best experience, unfortunately.

Thanks,

Chris

Out of the box Zoom Webinar Dashboard is limited to 30 days.  Ask your friendly Zoom Developer how to use Webinar Webhooks to automatically update your cloud Google Sheet with these statistics automatically without having to do the manual download and data messaging.
