I don’t have a definitive answer for you – just my impression of how it works.

 

While I do believe that the attendees in the Waiting Room are likely to be released from the Waiting Room in a first in/first out basis, you can’t be guaranteed that they will arrive in the order they were released. There are too many variables, given that making the transition is based more on the responsiveness of the device and the performance difference of the networks.

Ray, thank you! I know Zoom says in Meetings people are admitted in the order they arrive, but on Webinar Zoom is silent. I appreciate your answer, as always.
