Registration form locked during the webinar

I created a webinar with the following settings:

      Date: 03/11/2022 at 2:50 PM

      Duration 23hr0min

      Registration: Required

 

The problem was that in the next day in the morning the registration form was locked preventing all new registration knowing that the webinar was on and the time was before 1:50PM

Here the error "Webinar is over, you can not register now. If you have any questions, please contact Webinar host."

 

Any comments or suggestions to prevent this error in the future? your help is very appreciated.

Hi,

 

That means that "Close registration after event date" was on. You can switch it off, if you want.
