Regarding to the Zoom Account Develop Options

I hope you are doing well!!

I am integrating my Zoom account with the Tutor LMS plugin to join the meeting with the learners. So I am having some kind of issue while integrating my Zoom account with the Tutor LMS. First of all, when I add the credentials of my Zoom account to link it with the Tutor LMS, I am getting a connection error.
First of all, I added the credentials server to server Oauth, but this option is not coming to my Zoom account.

I need a build server-to-server option on my Zoom profile that is not coming so that I can configure it and use the credentials.
For now, the Builder Server-to-Server Oauth option is not coming on my Zoom account. Please see the attached screenshot: https://prnt.sc/5WQV9p_3eFYD

Please tell me how this option will be added to my account so that I can set things up accordingly.
