Prevent joining webinar until start time

Is it possible to have the panelists join a webinar 15 minutes PRIOR to the meeting but all other attendees CANNOT join until the actual start time?  I understand I can have them go into the waiting room but if there are 200+ attendees, don't I have to select everyone individually to let them in?

@jeannes1 This is completely possible! You will want to use the Practice session feature (link below). 
All panelists and host can join before and practice and then when ready, the "Start Webinar" button can be pushed to allow attendees to join.
