No attendance data show in webinar report

My webinar session "874 7796 8478" which do have participants joined. However, there is no attendance data show in the usage report.  

Unique viewers" and "Max concurrent views" show "0" while "Total users" shows "23".

In the csv file, all participants showed absent.
