Member of a professional body

I'd like to organise an event that is only open to those who are members of a specific professional body.  Is there a a way to request that registrants, complete their membership details when registering for the event?  Can I set up the registration form, with a section where this information can be completed?  Thank you in advance for any information.

If you have a Pro account, customized registration is not available; this would require an account in a Business Plan or higher. See this Zoom Support article for info:

Eventbrite has the ability to ask custom questions and feed registration data over to a Zoom Meeting or Webinar, though that might be more “learning curve” than you want. 

If you move to a Webinar format, customized registration would be available to you. 

Would this be a free meeting, or paid? It might help to know when recommending other options.
