Live Transcript in webinars?

I host a weekly webinar with an audience containing a large percentage of people with disabilities, including people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. I have been able to find and enable the Live Transcript feature in the settings, but my trial attendee did not have the option to turn on captions until I explicitly enabled it.

Is there any way to automatically enable Live Transcript/Closed Captions for the whole webinar series? Or will I have to hope I remember to enable it for each session?
