I can't convert meeting to webinar

Sorry for my poor english.

I have "Zoom one pro", and "Zoom WebinarsWebinar 1000 - promotion". Also status is active.

I use Google chrome.

I used to be able to convert meeting to webinar.

I could do it until last month probably.

But I can't now. 

I scroll, but any link to convert. I used to use it, but it's gone.

Someone tell me please.
