How to record Zoom webinars in HD

I am trying to record my Zoom webinars in HD but cannot do so - for some reason the default is low resolution. 

 

The Zoom  live-chat does not understand my questions - can anyone help? 

 

I have a Zoom webinar and Pro package.

Hi @RobertGemmell 

 

You need to have "Group HD" enabled by Zoom on your account to have HD video.

Looks like Zoom support is temporarily unavailable!! Oh well
