How to have two occurences of a webinar which is already scheduled and have registrants.

Hi All!

 

We have a webinar scheduled for 4th April and we have 60 registrants for it already. Now we are thinking of casting it twice at two different times but we don't want our registrants to register for it again. How can we do it?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @ReetuGupta.

 

Normally you’d do this before starting registration, but you should be able to edit the current Webinar and change the settings as follows:

Once you have established two occurrences, you can edit just the second occurrence and change the date/time to whenever you like.
