How can I enable chat etiquette policies so it works for ALL ATTENDEES in a webinar that i host.

I have managed to get it to work but only for my account and what i type in the chat but it doesn't seem to work for anyone else that joins the chat in the webinar that i host. Any help would be appreciated.

Please let me know if you were able to solve this issue. I am still facing this. Chat Etiquette Tool Policies are being applied to hosts. But, not to the attendees.
