During meetings hosted by me I can hear all participants except one. She can hear me, the other participants can hear her as her microphone is turned on, It's only me who cannot hear her. This is not happening at every meeting but quite often. Obviously my audio works as I host many meetings a day and I have this problem with just one participant. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have been having the same problem for months. I have tried to contact zoom but they keep directing me to reinstall or update. This is really frustrating. It has happened on both of my computers so I don't think it has to do with my personal settings.

I am having the same problem. I attend a weekly support group on Zoom. Last night, I could hear some participants but not others. Also, it wasn't consistent who I could and couldn't hear -- I might have no audio on a given participant at one point but then the next time they spoke I did get audio. Everybody else could hear everybody else and everybody could hear me. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

I just had this issue happen to me. I'm using the web client in the Chrome web browser. There were 4 of us in total on the call. I could hear everyone but 1 person. Everyone else could hear all of us. Video worked fine for everyone and the network connection was stable for everyone. Just no audio for me from the one participant.
Refreshing the page to reload the meeting did not resolve the issue. Nobody was muted (clearly as everyone else could hear).

Too bad nobody from Zoom is actually reading this and there's no way to speak to a human. Would be great if Zoom could help us figure out what is going on...

Yeah, this is clearly an issue on their end. If I can hear some / most people then my audio is working as intended and if they can all hear me my mic setup is working as intended. So this doesn't seem like anything we can change, it must be an issue on their servers. If it happens to me again I'm going to report it as a bug: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

As I am not a paid user, I can't submit a bug report/technical support request... If you do, I'd really appreciate it if you could post the outcome here. Thanks...
