Can I fix a row or a column of participants list in zoom webinar in all situation?

I find that when I change the screen to sharing, participants list disappear during the zoom recording.

I want the view like this picture all the time. When new participtant join it, they will be added in column or row.

If you add at least 1 spotlight during the share the only that will display is the Share and the Spotlight. That's assuming you have your webinar attendee view set correctly.
