Hi,

 

I am looking for help on a zoom remote access session where I need to use the host's camera while working on an application on a remotely access PC via zoom session.

 

USE CASE:

Consider 2 computers on a zoom session - A and B

A is the meeting host

B is the client connected to the meeting via an invite sent from A

A takes remote access control of B via zoom remote access feature.

A is working on an application on B that uses camera to scan some images.

When that application on B triggers the use of camera, it activates local camera on B by default.

 

How can I make it trigger the camera of the host PC (A) in this situation instead of using local camera on B?

OR

How do I setup zoom to let the host use its own camera instead of B during remote access sessions?

 

I know when using Remote Desktop softwares, this feature can be configured in them but not sure how / where to configure this requirement in zoom for zoom remote access feature.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One User > Multiple Licenses > Owner of Multiple Hubs

Can a single User be assigned multiple Zoom Session licenses, and be the owner of multiple Hubs?

 

If so, as a Zoom account admin, how do I assign multiple licenses to the same user?

Keep getting logged out from devices

I thought we were able to log in to multiple devices at once under the same log in. Up until recently, I have been logged in for 2 laptops and a cell phone and sometimes a tablet as I often find myself switching devices from one zoom meeting to anoth... Show more

I thought we were able to log in to multiple devices at once under the same log in. Up until recently, I have been logged in for 2 laptops and a cell phone and sometimes a tablet as I often find myself switching devices from one zoom meeting to another. I have a basic user account and this only started happening to me as of last week. Today is June 16. Thank you

Hello,

I have Zoom Workplace installed on my Mac and Windows 11 PC (Windows 11 Pro, v. 23H2, build 22631.5472).  

The other day, I opened Zoom on my PC to discover I was signed out.  I have attempted to log in numerous times, but each time I do, I receive the message: "Please try again later. Error code 1."  Another message instructs me to check my internet connection (I'm connected, and it's working correctly).

Zoom on my Mac is logged in with the same account and functioning fine.  

I've had Zoom Workplace installed on my PC, and it has been working without a glitch since 2020.

I've tried repairing the application and uninstalling/reinstalling it.  Neither attempt resolved the problem.  

My account doesn't offer the option to contact Zoom support directly, except through the database, community, and chatbot.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should try next?

Nothing has changed regarding installed applications or current settings.

Disable Image Option in Zoom Events Session

How can I disable the option to include an image in Zoom Events for a multi session event?

 

I don't have images for all of the sessions and dont want to see the blue tubular picture that is automatically used by Zoom Events.

We own a fitness studio. We have professionally ran a camera and music and mic through textron software to our Mac computer.

the music mic mix is awful nd drops out constantly. AvNow is saying it's a zoom issue. We have made sure the settings are "original Sound"  & "high Fidelity" it's not fixing it. Any other ideas?

I am an avid zoom users and use zoom mostly all day/everyday. Recently-I am having a problem with audio for certain users that connect through zoom through their wifi. For example-if there are two other separate people in my zoom room, I can hear one of them very clearly and the other goes in and out and is "scratchy". This happens with more than just one user so I know it's not person-specific. It can also happen if two people are sitting together and logged in as one user-I can hear one clearly but not the other. It feels like something around what the audio is picking up---any leads on audio settings to help fix this would be helpful. This issue happens both on my headset as well as my computer. Please help! I need to use close captions just to hear all participants

I downgraded my zoom pro account to basic just last week because I was not using it and now need to confirm whether a particular recording is still available in the cloud on my account from last August. I can't see anything when searching using the tool provided. Would cloud recordings from that time frame have been saved on a pro account? And should I be able to access them on a basic account or do I need to resubscribe? Lastly, is there a way to confirm that I have access to the meeting recording before resubscribing since that is pretty much the only reason I would resubscribe? Thanks so much!
